Shipping Returns

We are excited you have chosen to become part of the Elly M movement and purchased yourself some amazing fashion pieces. We aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs of receiving, however during busier sale periods, we may take up to 48hrs. Please remember that shipping will be affected by weekends and public holidays and take longer if the location is rural. 

Please ensure you correctly measure yourself against our sizing chart to ensure correct selection of personal size of garments.

 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

  • All orders of under $100.00 with Australian Delivery will be charged a flat rate of $10.00.
  • Any orders over $100.00 within Australia will receive free shipping.
  • Shipping cost is based on a 2kg weight parcel satchel, if order exceeds 2kg you will be contacted directly by a customer service representative and will be required to pay the maximum rate of $16.00 (based on a 5kg weight parcel satchel)
  • Your parcel should arrive within 3-5 working days for Metropolitan areas, and up to 5-7 days if located rural or delivery is over public holidays or busy seasons.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • All International orders of under $200.00 will be charged a flat rate of $20.00.
  • Any International orders over $200.00 will receive free shipping.
  • Shipping cost is based on a 2kg weight parcel satchel, if order exceeds 2kg you will be contacted directly by a customer service representative and will be required to pay additional before dispatch.
  • Your parcel should arrive within 5-10 working days, however this may take longer due to public and festive holidays, and delivery delays, we assure you we will be working hard behind the scenes to get you your items!

At Elly M we strive to create amazing quality products that will leave our customers feeling beautiful and empowered. We do however understand that we may not always get it right and that online shopping may sometimes be a bit tricky.

We will happily offer our customers a full refund or exchange of the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the items, under the following terms and conditions.

How do I get a refund?

  1. Once you’ve received your item(s) and you have realized that something may not be right, please E-mail us at info@ellym.com.au within the E-mail please forward or attach a copy of your purchase receipt.
  2. We will then send through a returns form for you to fill out and send through with the item(s) being returned. (We value what our customer has to say, the good and the bad!).
  3. Once received your refund will be processed within 5 business days and will be returned to the credit card or Pay-pal account that was used for the original transaction.
  4. Change of mind returns that fall between 2 and 4 weeks from date of purchase will receive a company credit or exchange.
  5. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and return postage costs are at the expense of the customer
  6. Please note: we are not currently offering refunds for items purchased on sale/at clearance, only exchanges or company credit.

How do I get an exchange?

Just like the process to receive a refund there are just a couple more steps that need to be done.

  1. Once you’ve received your item(s) and you have realized that something may not be right, please E-mail us at info@ellym.com.au within the E-mail please forward or attach a copy of your purchase receipt and the item(s) that you wish to exchange.
  2. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. There must be no signs of wear or damage (unless it's the reason for return).
  3. Returns must be packed in their original packaging with tags still attached. If posting items back, please do so in an Australia Post mail bag. If this condition is not met, then they may not be eligible for return or you may incur a box replacement fee.
  4. We will then send through an exchange form for you to fill out. Within this form please indicate which item(s) you wish to exchange. Please attach this form to the item(s) that you will be exchanging.
  5. Once we have received the item(s) we will then process the exchange and dispatch the desired item(s) within 3 days
  6. Exchanged items will incur additional postage charges.
  7. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and return postage costs are at the expense of the customer

Received something faulty?

If you have received an item that is faulty or not as described, we will happily refund or exchange the item(s) within 28 days (4 weeks) of receiving it.

Few important things to bear in mind:

Please note: we are not currently offering refunds for items purchased on sale/at clearance, only exchanges or company credit.

We highly recommend that any leotards/swimwear should be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons, please keep the protective hygiene strip intact.

  • Item (s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags and labels still attached to garment.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • We require the customer to complete a returns/exchange form.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to refund initial postage costs on all domestic and international postages.
  • We do not cover the postage costs associated with the return, costs associated with the return of the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Faulty: Shipping costs will not be refunded if there are other items on the original transaction.

 

Elly M will not be held responsible for any delay in deliveries, unfortunately if the goods are lost in transit Elly M will not be held liable, therefore we highly recommend that all returns be sent via registered post.
